Has the Edmonton Oilers new third jersey for the upcoming 2019/2020 NHL season leaked? It looks like there’s a version floating around on the web when you go searching for “Edmonton Oilers third jersey” on google that is showing up in sponsored ads according to CBC radio guy, Dave Waddell.

Looks like the reports were bang on when they came out before. Good on Young Tyler for being on top of this.
Tell ya what. This is pretty atrocious but I have a feeling that its ugliness might actually grow on me… The lack of white is bothersome but I’m thinking that the orange is really going to pop in real life. I wish though that they’d add just a tiny bit of white trim to really add some contrast.
I’m more of a fan of the white uniform below if the Oilers are going to add new unis. I mean, I’ve seen better mock-ups in the past, but I do like the light colors here.
I’m not sure if they can postpone the unveiling of this jersey until Halloween but it’d sure make sense if they did… It’s pretty scary…
